This last year though wait times have declined terribly. in the last two weeks ive ordered twice (one of my kids had a birthday). Last Saturday(6/6), I ordered 4 pizzas for delivery the next sunday (6/7) at 1:15p. The party started at 1:30p. The pizza was not delivered until almost 2p. We were not called or alerted of any change, given an apology, or coupon for future order. We were not prioritized in their day making me think the order ahead is absolutely useless. -fast forward to today I order again since today has just been a busy day and the time says it'll be 32-47 minutes. Now im looking at just over an hour wait. I know its not this locations "fault" for the wait times on the app, but the company feels like its lying to its customers then. This will likely be the last time I order from this location since this isn't the first time its happened, just the first time I got screenshots (as I went to add the screenshots I realized my address is riddled all over the photos and im not comfortable with that)

I submitted a complaint online and they sent us 30 rewards points (equivalent to a side order of bread bites) and considered it done. Ive never been treated so rudely in my life by a food service company. Please dont order from here. Minskies would make it right
