- RYRu YazJun 30, 20261.0Placed an online delivery order at 7pm on 6/28/26. After checking the tracker 20mins later it said order cancelled. I immediately called the store and they didn’t answer. I used a different phone number and they answered. The man stated he wasn’t sure why the order was canceled and he was going to transfer me to the Manager and then hung up. I called back a few more times he never answered. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. All of the employees should be terminated immediately very unprofessional.

When I called the store, the person I spoke to told me I couldn't get a refund unless I drove the food to the store. I asked to speak with a manager and she hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak with a manager again, she told me she was the manager. I asked for further contact information to escalate the issue since she wasn't able to help me and she hung up on me again.
