  Do not go to this Dairy Queen. They refused to serve my family. There were 7 of us. They told us they weren’t serving ice cream when the person infront of us got ice cream and the person behind us was able to buy ice cream. So unacceptable.

  Waited 15 mins in the drive-thru and it wasn’t even busy. Got soupy, melted Blizzards and one item was completely wrong. Been here before with no issues, but something’s off with the staff right now. Terrible.

  I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday party a week in advance. Came to pick up the day before his party and everyone working inside had no idea what I was talking about. I showed all my email confirmation information and the answer I was given was “well it was not made because we didn’t see the order”. They could not rush a new one or anything. They told me to pick out a pre made cake. My son really wanted an ice cream cake so I was asking if they could give me 2 round cakes for the price of 1 since they didn’t have my original sheet cake order. I was thinking that’s the least they could do to make the situation right. I was told no they were not going to do so. I asked for a manager, no manger is working today. I could not believe there was not an adult that could speak to. I left with no cake!!! Dairy Queen needs to be better!! Shame on this Dairy Queen location!
