    Wish I could give this negative stars. The staff said absolutely vile things about myself and my child in spanish. We had to come back to get our order fixed, the first order was completely messed up the replacements were as well. This place sucks. The worst chipotle ever.

    How is this store brand new and nothing in the restaurant seems welcoming to the public. First thing first is the parking lots seems a mess when trying to park the front entrance seems very cramped and the line is always in a weird spot sitting down to eat is awkward. The staff does not seem to know what they are doing a portions sizes seem to be all over the place. Who ever runs this place need some help why do you have a pick up window for drive thru but when someone tries to use is the staff says you must come inside. For a brand new store this place needs lots of work.

    I really like the convenience of this location, but the service and staffing issues make it consistently frustrating. My orders are frequently incorrect or missing items, and it’s happened so often that I’ve never received a fully correct order from this store. I also don’t understand why there are two locations so close together in other areas, yet none in ours—I end up having to drive a long distance just to deal with repeated order problems it would be easy to drive to the store, but it’s so far away. The app only offers refunds, which doesn’t really solve the ongoing issue. I hope this location can improve staffing, training, and order accuracy because the experience right now is not meeting expectations

    I enjoyed coming to this chipotle last couple months, but now its has gone downhill these couple weeks.Food quality isn’t consistent portions arent consistent and orders aren’t being made correctly.

    Came in today and I was really impressed by a young lady named Luna. The line was long and she literally had no help. She was making food and ringing people up at the same time. No one was frustrated because we seen how great she was doing. She was even maintained cleanliness throughout it all changing gloves, cleaning up after herself. Before I could pull off I had to write this review, promote her as ASAP.
