Lobby and restrooms were clean as well. The food tasted great and would definitely come back to this location.

- ANAiden NelsonJul 9, 20261.0I went in for a protein bowl at this location and the employees kept trying to play dumb like they never heard of it and couldn’t make it, after repeating myself 3 times I got annoyed and pointed at the picture that advertised the item I was asking for and they still didn’t make my order! I literally went back out to my car and placed an online order for the exact same thing they said they couldn’t make. Returned inside to wait on my order also called corporate while I was waiting. Three employees begin speaking in Spanish, looking over at me, then started to laugh unfortunately, I had my glasses in record mode instead of translation mode at this point I cannot trust the online order I made so it will 100% be going in the trash. Very unprofessional customer service received today. Also when I went up to the register at 2:30 to get my order then cashier walks from behind the counter steps in front of me and began to stock soda with out helping me, a lady from the back seen it and came to assist me. I used to shop at this restaurant often and whenever the GM would be in there, Miguel, everything would always run smooth. I guess I picked the one day he was off.

I usually don’t expect to wait this long at Chipotle drive through when I order ahead, and usually they’ll make my order when I’m waiting instead of making me wait 10 minutes.
