  I placed an order in the app. I didn’t get in line to pick it up until my order was ready. Unfortunately there were 2 cars in line ahead of me and their orders weren’t ready. Instead of telling them to get out of line, they bumped up their orders in the cue. (That’s what the employee told me.) I then waited in line for almost 20 minutes while my food is ready and getting cold. I said something to the worker. She apologized and assured me my food would still be hot. It definitely was not hot. Pretty disappointed if that’s how their online drive through order pick up is going to be.

  Worst chipotle!! The barely give you any meat at all. We live close so come here a lot and it never changes. Won’t be back. The high price you pay for the burrito and get nothing and I usually never complain but this location is the worst

  So the quality of food is on par with all other Chipotles I've eaten at, I do eat Chipotle alot. But service at this location is sub-par. At first when they initially opened, I chalked it up to new location & people. But they have been open a while now and I order 1 to 3 times a week as I work late most days. I always order ahead and pickup in the drive thru. You have to check every time, I've had them try and give me the wrong person's order. And if I order a drink with my meal I have to specifically request it at the window or I won't get it. Each time this happens they look at me like I requested them to run a 100 mile marathon to get the drink. I also have to request a fork and napkins about 60% of the time, this also gets me a dirty look. Portion control here is also a joke, half the time the bowl is full, the other half its only about half full, yes even when the order is the same. They really need to do some additional training with their staff here. I'm almost ready to go back to driving further to go to the location on Berry Rd & 169 hwy, they are way better there.

  We all love Chipotle and Qdoba. And the reason that we do is because it's really the only food location where you can purchase food that is actually made out of real food. But, as an avid Chipotle eater I need them to know that by adding a bunch of corn oil into the rice to make it look shiny and not as clumpy, your making people skip eating rice at your restaurant. I would eat at Chipotle everyday of the week if it weren't for tons of oil being dumped in some of the ingredients.
