  This Chipotle on Indiana is BY FAR THE BEST CHIPOTLE OFF ALL TIME EVER! Every ingredient was PERFECT! Anytime I am even remotely close I'm going by that one, I wish I lived closer to it!

  I'm sorry to say this location is not as ready to go as I was expecting. I know the location and staff are new, but I intentionally waited to hope for a good first experience. This was a random Wednesday night at 6 pm, prime dinner time. The line had 4 people working, one person either watching to learn or watching a trainee, which is fine, with one guy cooking. The problem I had with my family of 3 was each of us asked for something either simple, on the menu, or just saying something, it seemed to confuse the workers. To add the food was extremely bland and the rice was super clumped up compared to every other chipotle experience. We also got overcharged for a side cup of guacamole and seemed to get very confused looks when we asked about it so we just settled on having another one given to us. I hope this location figures it out because it is in a very prominent spot that is continuing to develop around them.

  Restaurant is dirty. Remnants of food on the counter where the cash register is. Floor and kitchen in general needs cleaning. Almost walked out without ordering.

  Raquita greeted me, and I said hello back. I also let her know that I wanted a burrito. While waiting, I observed several cleanliness and food-handling concerns. I noticed an older gentleman preparing food remove his gloves, put on a new pair without washing his hands, and then use those same gloves to wipe his forehead and adjust his glasses/hat before continuing to handle food. I also noticed that the preparation area appeared messy, and the oven mitts looked dirty. Overall, the restaurant did not appear as clean as I would expect. In addition, the atmosphere was not very welcoming. Aside from Raquita’s greeting, there were no friendly smiles, and several employees appeared unhappy. As a customer, I did not feel welcomed or valued during my visit. I hope this feedback helps improve cleanliness, food safety practices, and customer service.

  they’ve given me the wrong food in the drive through twice, both times it wasn’t even the same meat. the steak at this location tastes like mushrooms, the rice is hard, and my bowl doesn’t even get filled. Even if you live nearby i would rather drive to another chipotle just to get edible food
