  Dirty as it can get. Almost walked out after seeing the filth on both the phone orders and dine in areas. Chipotle has had food related poisoning. Why would you not clean these areas. They had no guacamole for dine in but plenty for the phone and DD orders. I ask if I can get a little my bowl, and the guy said sorry its only for the phone orders. This was around 1:30 pm ob Sunday. How can Chipotle, a Mexican restaurant not have the most Mexican food item??? Terrible. Poorly managed.

  I work next to this Chipotle. The employees steal carts from local businesses to cart their trash to a dumpster. They leave the carts behind their backdoor. There are also employees going out the back door and smoking pot. If your order gets messed up, that is probably why. This location needs to get a handle on their employees.

  I frequent Chipotle at least once or twice per week and I travel around the country often. This by far has been the least pleasant experience primarily because of how dirty the premise is. Every single table was filthy and a lot of the seats had bits of food on it. The serving counters themselves were filthy and not wiped. Staff were also chatting amongst themselves while serving customers. For example, one of the ladies held onto my quesadilla in her hands after scooping the ingredients, and before moving it onto the grill press, she held onto it while chit chatting with her colleague. The steak was also very wet, compared to grilled dry it’s suppose to be done. The white rice was not completely cooked so there were some hard bits in it. Some of the drink fountains were also empty though it was barely dinner time. It’s a busy branch, mostly catering to a young crowd.

  The store was VERY UNKEPT! TThe kitchen was a mess ...the trash cans were full and the poor worker was working by himself for a while before the manager made the other workers come help. The manager needs some training on how to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for customers and the workers! Cuz she is slacking!!

  I come to this location a lot bc it’s close to the house. Time and time again my order is constantly wrong. Tonight tops the cake I spent extra for guacamole and had one bite of it in my burrito. I spent extra on another sauce and didn’t even get any. The meat was as cold as the sour cream which seemed to be the whole burrito and didn’t ask for extra. I don’t normally give reviews but time and time again it’s a let down. 15 bucks in the trash.
