  I live downtown, so I have been here a good number of times. I used to love the chipotle in Columbia, MO and was a little disappointed when I started going to this one after moving here because the food didn't taste quite as good. But it is the closest chipotle to me. However, I think I am done going here after my last visit. My food smelled like bleach. I had been cleaning earlier in the day, so I asked if I could wash my hands in the restroom in case the smell was coming from my hands and they said "no" and would not give me the code. So I'm not sure if the employees were being lazy and didn't want me to use the restroom sink because they already cleaned it or if they accidentally spilled cleaning solution in the food that they served me. Either way is very concerning. I reached out to management through the chipotle app to see if I could get a refund but I just got a generic "thank you for reaching out" response with no other follow-up.

  I was disappointed with my experience at this location. The prices at this location are surprisingly high. The base price of the bowl itself was almost $2 more compared to another Chipotle location I visited, and this was not because of any other add-ons. It was also unclear which items were included and which were considered add-ons or additional charges. The staff didn’t really explain the options, and the service felt uninterested and unwelcoming. I understand that prices can vary by location, but the difference, lack of clarity about extra charges, and overall customer service made this experience disappointing. The food wasn’t good either, and some of the sides didn’t seem fresh.

  Honestly, the health department should do us all a favor and shutter this place. Tables are usually filthy, drink bar is usually unstocked, the trash cans often overloaded, and staff have DMV personalities for the most part. They are also usually out of a key item, like cheese or another important topping.

  Ok, I understand preparing too close but I walked in at around 1030 and all yall had too offer was rice? Ain't no grill going, aint nobody preparing anything yall just Turing people away talking about "this all we got left" COOK SOMETHING! ITS 30 WHOLE MINUTES LEFT UNTIL YALL CLOSE! I'm highly disappointed.

  Opened late. Not ready when they opened. Half the staff was missing and casually strolled in later while the one poor worker that showed up on time was doing her best to keep up with everyone. Most of the items were not cooked or available. The ones that were ready weren't done well. Worst bowl I've had at a Chipotle.
