This time was my final time visiting this location as the service staff were not as friendly but the restaurant was fairly slow. The worst part is the person building my bowl dropped various toppings (cheese and guacamole) on the counter and put them back in the bowl which was extremely concerning.

I asked for chicken, rice, and beans on his with the cheese and sour cream on the side. Mine I asked for all the sauces, she begin to put sauce on his bowl I told her I didn’t want sauce on his bowl. I watched her take the sauce off the top of the bowl and place it back in the sauce pan. I was gonna let that slide, then when I asked for extra cheese on the side for my bowl I was told there’s an extra charge. I looked like that’s never been an extra charge at any other location I’ve been to. I literally was just at another location about a week ago on my lunch break. The young lady at the location asked the manager how much it was for the extra cheese, and he told her “we do not charge for extra cheese.” Now, I’m being told that’s what it is at this location. Instead of going back and forth I just left. I’m not gonna pay extra for something at this location, that I don’t have to pay extra for at another. Just didn’t make sense.
