- CDCashandra Davis3 days ago1.0I should’ve known when I walked through the door with no welcome, that this was gonna go bad. I went to order my husband and I chicken bowls. I asked for chicken, rice, and beans on his with the cheese and sour cream on the side. Mine I asked for all the sauces, she begin to put sauce on his bowl I told her I didn’t want sauce on his bowl. I watched her take the sauce off the top of the bowl and place it back in the sauce pan. I was gonna let that slide, then when I asked for extra cheese on the side for my bowl I was told there’s an extra charge. I looked like that’s never been an extra charge at any other location I’ve been to. I literally was just at another location about a week ago on my lunch break. The young lady at the location asked the manager how much it was for the extra cheese, and he told her “we do not charge for extra cheese.” Now, I’m being told that’s what it is at this location. Instead of going back and forth I just left. I’m not gonna pay extra for something at this location, that I don’t have to pay extra for at another. Just didn’t make sense.

The lemon rice lost its magic, mainly rice cooking became inconsistent. Protein portions are literally half of what they used to be, though they say they increased price very little, chipotle double protein bowl is now 15$
