- JBJohn Boi Baseball5 days ago1.0I had a pickup order and it said it was ready for pickup. I show up to see a long line of other people waiting for their pickup orders. After spending 20 minutes of waiting, the lady behind the cashier asked everybody but me their names to check their orders. She found out that my order was ready the entire time and I was waiting there for nothing. Completely ridiculous. Why are they hiding food in the back kitchen and not putting it on the pickup shelf where people can see if their order is ready or not. Reply to owner: I contacted customer service immediately after this fiasco and they offered me an apology and nothing else. Ridiculous. I want a refund for my meal.

They were out of multiple meats and rice and only one employee was in the kitchen. It was a mess and they were out of nearly all soda. I asked a girl if she could check on the soda for me and I never got a response. I spent extra money to get a big soda and they were out of anything I wanted and I'm really not too picky :( I spent 10 minutes waiting for a greeting and 20 minutes waiting for food. I'm good on this location.

I would never positively contribute when spoken to like he spoke to every single person working there. It really is sad.
- THTrena HunterApr 27, 20261.0Service SUCKS!!!! An hour after they opened, the lady tells me “we’re out of both types of chicken”. Then tell the next person in line “3 minutes on chicken”. Long story short, I had to pay for steak when I wanted chicken. She didn’t tell me three minutes, she said they were out. They were scraping for sides, Thank God they had all the sides because normally they run out of sides also. I keep saying I’m never going there again but it’s right by my house. It pays to just go on to the 39th location. It’s always fire and they ensure you leave satisfied.
