I had 45 people I had to feed and had to make other arrangements. Now today I am fighting tooth and nail, tooth and nail to get a refund. I paid for a service. I was not given that service and now it seems like I am questioning whether I will get my money back. I will not be ordering from here again

He kept walking away without saying anything, doing this about three times before he finally prepared my food. It felt like he was present but not truly engaged. Overall, customer service needs improvement since most staff members seemed annoyed and uninterested in being there.

I worked in in service industry so I know how sometimes it’s just an off day.. however the last 2 times I’ve been there it’s been dirty in the restaurant and they are out of most things. The last time I ordered a steak bowl with double meat and when I got home and started eating the steak was so rough and fatty I literally couldn’t eat it. When I tried to call the restaurant I couldn’t get through. I went back and talked to the manager the next day but he said their was nothing he could do but talk to his employees. I went back today and the chips I got were burnt. You could clearly see that they were beyond overcooked and yet they still put them in a bag and sold them. It’s just really disappointing when I work incredibly hard for my money and spend almost $40 on 2 bowls and 2 large bags of chips and we can’t even enjoy them.
