- JFJassica Freeman2 days ago1.0I am a disabled woman with one hand, and I was struck by the manager, was told I could not order the new chips because there online only so download the app ask where cause it’s not on there app tell her I need help she told me I’m holding up her line I said ma’am I hv one hand I can’t move fast can u assist me she said NO I said can I speak with the manager she said I am the manager I said well thts shity she the tells me she doesn’t have to help me n I can’t move fast go because I’m disrespectful I said I want my food she snatches from me n Thn chase me down lik she’s gonna run up an hit me an tried to unroll her coworker stopped her I have a cast on my hand I can’t even carry the bag alone she was rude n disrespectful to a disabled person worst experience of my life I’m mortified at this behavior

It took about 30 minutes to make because there was only one woman working the burrito line during lunch. I think the only reason this place is still in business is because of dumb UMKC students who don't know any better. Avoid this place
