I told him I can count the amount of protein you gave name. Staff argued with me that it was 4 oz. Makes no sense. Reached out to customer service and all they could say was sorry. No such thing as good customer service these days

While the line was long, it moved efficiently, which I appreciated. However, upon reaching the front to order, I was treated with the utmost disrespect by an employee who was not serving me directly but was working behind the counter preparing rice. This individual, a young woman with blonde braids, began yelling and using profanity toward me from across the counter. While the manager on duty intervened and advised me not to engage, acknowledging my position as the customer, the behavior of the employee was entirely unacceptable. As a result of this hostile environment, I chose to leave without making my intended purchase for two people. I will not patronize this location again until this matter is properly addressed. I request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate disciplinary action regarding the staff member's behavior. I've been in personally and the managers are heads down in prep pretending like I didn't just wait 15 minutes to make my order with only 2 people in front of me. Shut it down, do not go here
