  I'm leaving this feedback in the hope someone from corporate sees it, because this location needs help. I've visited three times in the past three weeks, each around 7–7:30pm (dinner rush), and every single time they've been out of key items at both the dine-in and takeout stations. **Visit 1:** Out of brown rice and honey chipotle chicken at both stations. **Visit 2:** Same exact items, out again. When I asked an employee if more was coming, she said "I don't know." I asked if she could check, and her tone made it clear I was inconveniencing her by asking. -**Visit 3:** No fajitas at either station. When a coworker called back for more, the employee with blue hair snapped, "Okay YEAH I heard you! The skillet has to heat up!" It was just after 7pm… if the fajita tub was already empty, the skillet should have been hot and ready well before then. I left without ordering on two of these three visits. This isn't a one-off bad night… it's a pattern of being chronically out of stock during peak hours, paired with staff who treat basic customer questions as an imposition. Something is broken here, whether it's prep planning, staffing, or management, and it's costing you customers. I'd genuinely like to keep coming back, but right now I can't recommend this location to anyone.

  Just got a burrito bowl and got roughly half of what I usually would, although nice people, and a fair atmosphere. I still wish, I got what I paid for at this location.

  Tuve que manejar 30 minutos para llegar al lugar y cuando entré todo mundo estaba vendiendo comida, pero me dijeron que ya estaba cerrado el lugar así que espero que alguien más mire este comentario a tiempo y para que no venga a ese lugar a perder el tiempo, porque aquí dice que es cerrado temporalmente y permanentemente

  Single handedly the worst establishment I’ve ever been in. The workers are the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever witnessed.

  The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because the food itself is basically the same as other locations. Freshness, politeness, and atmosphere leave something to be desired.
