  I went into the store at 8 pm on a saturday so pretty regular operating hours, I start to get my bowl rice beans and we get to protein and I start asking for chicken, they end up telling me the only meat they have is Barbaqoua which is INSANE it looked like they had just decided to close their grills and all for whatever reason, 3 HOURS before they close. Very disappointing.

  Chipotle overall hasn’t been as they used to be but this location has to one of the worse I’ve come across yet. The service was fine but the food didn’t taste great. It’s as if they didn’t season the chicken nor steak. The steak was also not edible, so many grisly pieces. Making a note not to return to this particular location.

  We have been regular customers at the Liberty Chipotle for several years, but the service has become atrocious in recent months. For the past three Sundays, we have arrived around 11:15 a.m., roughly 30 minutes after opening, and the restaurant has not been remotely ready to serve customers. No one is working the front, employees are still sitting in the dining room eating and talking, the ice machine is empty, and customers are left standing around while the staff either ignores them or acts annoyed that they need assistance. Today, DoorDash drivers and customers waiting for online orders were visibly frustrated as their time was wasted. The restaurant itself is also consistently dirty. The ice machine is disgusting, and the soda fountain is regularly out of syrup. Some employees here are great, but others are rude, inattentive, or simply seem unprepared to do their jobs. The person I believe is the manager has also been noticeably rude to both employees and customers, which may explain some of the problems at this location. I’m an avid Chipotle fan, but after today, I’m done with the Liberty location. We will drive farther to the Barry Road restaurant, where the staff is consistently friendly, capable, and prepared. They are the best of the best. Liberty needs serious attention from upper management.

  I was just in here today the kid working and handling food touched his nose and eyes with his gloves on then proceeded to touch food and the sauce spoons and his pants with those same gloves, 9/12/26 at around 7:50 pm. Younger dark haired kid with glasses and tattoo on one arm. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention I ordered my food online and had to wait 40 minutes past the expected pickup time and watched about 10-15 people walk in and get their food through the line no problem. They were not busy at all either.

  I waited for longer than usual, and then no fajita veggies were available. They were cooking and the manager was cutting meat very slow and not turning the veggies. I saw them cooking in the pan for easy 5-7 minutes with no one attending or turning them. I never got any. I asked to talk to the manager, and he came and I told him I wasn't happy, and he said we're trying, and I said it doesn't look like it! And he said "sorry you feel that way" No offer to ask why or what could be done to improve my experience. I was disappointed about the no fajita veggies, but apparently nothing could be done. No one seemed to care how slow they were moving - no sense or urgency at all in the food prep line. When I ate my burrito, there was not one ingredient that was even slightly warm. Completely cold! My worst experience there yet!
