  Lol this location will FILL your bowl up with so much rice!!!! They do NOT distribute even portions. I promise you will be left with so much rice you’ll be DISAPPOINTED!!! And the meat is not very flavorful either! I will not ever go back here and this is the second time I went and the same thing happened… LOTS OF LEFTOVER RICE AND MINIMAL FLAVOR! The people are nice at least.

  Closed for maintenance but you’ll take my money and waste my time? Just turn off web orders… What a laziness way to run a business. At least answer the phone or stand outside to inform people or help them get refunds….

  So this is a strange review. I ordered over $100 worth of food to be delivered through the chipotle app and didn’t get 80% of the food. There is no way to report the issues of the chipotle app because of them using AI to replace human people. I went to this store as it was the closest to my address to figure out about the missing food. The manager Ms karabulut and her assistant Ms. Rodriguez supported me though trying to figure out what happened. They were able to confirm the delivery was from their location but were concerned about me having to travel to the other stores. They gave a human touch that was missing in this experience. They remade the food. So to summarize what I tried to do. We stopped the delivery driver and noted that we only have bag 1 of 2 (said on the ticket) they said there was only one bag and they drove off. I tried to use the ai chat, but it consistently said the order could not be resolved and produce an error code of p2 I tried calling the stores, but got AI wanting to handle everything but my situation. Finally drove to a store and their management tried to figure out the app to identify which store the food came from. It was nowhere in the app or on the receipt of the bag. Thank you team broadway! You are amazing. I will no longer be using the chipotle app. Door dash provides better customer service for now on deliveries. (It’s not lost on me that chipotle through their app is door dash). Their implementation of it awful.

  Terrible service. I ordered online so that I didn't have to stand in line. I still ended up waiting 20 minutes. The crew didn't seem to be working on online orders and the soda I was handed was warm off the shelf.

  Food was ok, but service was horrible. When I asked the employee if he was having a rough day flinging food all over. He advised it was a good day till he was told he couldn’t take a break. Then as my food sat at the register the manager proceeded to restock everything as we stood there waiting. Rough night for Chipotle!!!
