I'm going to put it out there because this guy was so rude. 30 minute drive. Seemed pretty normal they were busy getting online orders prepared. There was only one couple ahead of me. It's my turn to order. The employee just stands there and stares at me. After a few seconds I go ahead and place the order. There's not really that much food left so he's waiting for more to be prepared. I asked how long it would be the honey chipotle chicken. No response. He gives me the scraps and adds a little more of the regular chicken to my order. I tell myself to forget it and just move on don't start a ruckus. A guy comes in and goes off that he's been waiting for his online order over 20 minutes. The next person after me orders their food and I noticed that he gave them abundance of food. I told the girl I do not want none of that food I want mines redone and I want you to do it. I let her know he never said hello, can I take your order, nothing. I asked him how long it would be for the Chipotle honey chicken, no response. I told the lady that I understand having a bad day but totally disrespect and ignore a customer is unacceptable. He watched as I explained everything to her, stature and didn't care at all. I definitely will not be going back if he's going to be there. I will walk right back out the door. What a shame. I tried calling the store that evening but I didn't get an answer. Chipotle you have to do better. You are number one in my ranking. If someone is having a bad day just send them home.
