When I asked about a new menu item, the employee sighed, rolled her eyes, and told me it didn’t exist instead of simply answering my question. The cashier was just as unfriendly. The restaurant was also unclean, and they were out of basic ingredients. Poor customer service is one thing, but being treated like an inconvenience is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.

- LKLisa KingJun 26, 20261.0Rude associate. My order was made about 30 minutes before I had requested when ordering. When I arrived at the store there were several orders stacked up together. The bag our order was packed in was in the very back of all the orders and needed a new bag as the bottom of the bag had torn from the condensation. The associate was struggling to add the old bag to a new bag and I tried to help. The bag was cold so I asked when was the order made as i was to pick it up at a specific time. The associate showed me the time requsted on the ticket. Again I asked when was the order prepared. The associate became very snappy and her comment was "We make the orders as they come in so we don't get behind. If we get behind we make people upset and get bad reviews and then we will have to shut down." As soon as the words left her mouth she quickly walked away dismissing me. She went behind the counter with no attempt to resolve the issue. I did tell her that I would leave a review because she was so rude. I would recommend more training for this associate and never order ahead.
