Even when the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building, their team manages it like a well-oiled machine, and you're through in minutes. The staff is incredibly polite, the food is always piping hot and fresh, and they never miss a beat. A flawless experience every single time!

I have to say when we pulled in there were probably 25 cars ahead of us and we were on our way home with our food in less than 15min. Our food was good, hot, freshly cooked. The drive thru order takers are so polite! There are a lot of fast food restaurants around that should have their employees take notice.i

While I was speaking to my children, the employee repeatedly interrupted in a sarcastic tone, despite not being addressed. Instead of clarifying the order and moving forward, the situation was escalated, service was refused, and police were mentioned—completely disproportionate to what was happening. After leaving, orders placed at another location were repeatedly cancelled, and my daughter, who was not involved, was treated as if she was part of the situation when she went in for a refund. I acknowledge there may have been some miscommunication, but the way this was handled lacked professionalism and basic customer service.

We walked in expecting a normal experience - but we were treated so kindly and never had to ask for anything. I was so blown away by the service that I am still sitting at the table as I leave this review. I hope this place never changes.
