- KKKaylaMay 5, 20262.0I used to come here often for breakfast or when doordashing. But the last time I was here to pick up an order, one of the workers treated me like I was stealing. He kept staring at me while I waited. Asked me the very basic name twice, said the name back to me twice, and then asked to see the name on the app. I thought he wanted me to confirm it, but then he said he just wanted to see the name. Can’t help but wonder if he profiled me, thought I saw the name on the board, and assumed I was trying to pull a fast one on him. NGL it really bothered me for like an hour. He was a white guy with dark hair and a beard. I think his name was Bryce? Or Brayden? Might have been a manager or at least acted like one. I block this Chic Fil A on the dasher app now because of that interaction. Also, their breakfast burritos are good but inconsistent in size lol sometimes very small.

My drive thru experience is always the same ...ask for sauces and they are listed on the reciept but never in the bag. Get home to find no salsa with my burrito and no chik fil a sauce for my hasbrowns. Multiple times same result...frustrating for a small detail that can impact experience that other locations in the northland tend to get right.
