  The fish wasn't crispy as usually and my shrimp po boy sandwich was soggy suppose to been fried more like boil 👊🏿

  Today I placed an online pick up order as I’ve had almost everyday for the past few week, Unfortunately after experience today I will not return order pick up was scheduled 3:42 pm I arrived around 3:39 shortly after arrival my food was ready for pick up. Initially I noticed my food was not ventilated which causes the fish to become soggy also the amount of fish and it’s pieces was a tad smaller then normal but nonetheless I thanked the cashier and continued to my car after tasting the fish it was not up to the standard I known them for taste and texture was off I returned inside to ask if I could possibly have my fish remade in which I was told there was nothing that could be done. Customer service is poor and it’s pretty unfortunate considering they have the potential to do a lot better.
