And normally no issues but today about maybe 2 hours ago we came through ordered a large Carmel high rise with skim milk extra hot with a extra pump of Carmel. We ended up with a ex large which was more and the latte tasted like crap. And weren't even offered whip cream didn't ask if we were members . Just really crappy service and crappy latte tasted horrible. I sure hope you can do better then that otherwise I won't be going there again. Pretty sad how crappy things get when employees aren't properly trained . Wasted money on a little we threw away . We are always in the Kansas City area and we normally go to the one by hy vee hooked to the gas station. And typically it use to be great now it's went down hill with employees who don't care.
