  This location is understaffed. I didn't see the bartender for the first 7-8 minutes I sat at the bar because he was serving customers in the dining room. Also, something didn't add up right with my bill with the BOGO wings because only $5.60 was taken off the $16.49 total for 12 wings but I wasn't going to sweat $3.00. I'll probably skip this location for Zona Rosa in the future.

  I ordered the All American cheeseburger combo with grilled onions. I let the server know that I didn't see or taste any grilled onions. She checked with the cook who was also the manager and informed me there was grilled onions on my burger. I would have been happy if she'd brought out a little dish of grilled onions. I could not see, taste or smell onions. If the menu has something specific on it, make sure you put it on or make it right for your customers.

  It was an awful experience. We ordered 100 wings and 45 of our wings were missing had a 30 minute drive to the restaurant and then had to drive back to get what we had ordered. The manager Adam was extremely rude when we returned to get the rest of our order and said it was highly unlikely that they forgot to give us that many wings and they were not going to be able to do this again. When speaking on the phone with Adam twice before getting in the car to drive back Adam failed to mention they would like the bags to be brought back. I was highly insulted when being accused of stealing the tiny cold wings I had received and if I was asked to bring the entire order back I would have. Adam insulted it was our fault because we didn’t check the bag. I am the customer and am paying your product not the other way around. I am not the one responsible to check if you did your job and hold your hostess or online order staff member accountable for not going over the order with me.

  Service was great. Waitress was very attentive, given how busy it was. Always had a full drink. The food was amazing. Onion rings cooked to perfection, exactly how I like them. My husband was impressed at how perfect his tots were cooked. Wings were good also. Definitely an amazing dining experience.
