  I've been a food critic and professional chef for over 40 years and we travel to different restaurants to taste and experience foods from all over the world and the one thing that stood out for us was the utmost professionalism and the can do attitude and the brilliant Customer Service of their General Manager Brittany Padillas!!! She truly cares about her Career as a General Manager and also customer Satisfaction. I was curious to see if they would accommodate an item on their menu, "Lobster and Crab Roll" I am highly allergic to Crab but not Lobster. I asked our server "Ryan" if he could take out the crab because of my allergy and he said absolutely not, he proceeded to say that the "Crab and the Lobster" was a pre-mix and that there was no way it could be done. I knew better but I left it at that. I know that it could be done but I didn't want t to make a fuss. As I was walking to the restroom I came across Ms. Padilla the GM for the restaurant, she asked me how everything was I told her everything was great except for one thing, "The Crab and Lobster Roll" she asked why? I proceeded to tell her about my allergy to crab and what the server had told me. She immediately jumped up and said, we could have absolutely accommodated you and we could have made a "Lobster roll" minus the Crab. She asked if I had a few minutes to wait a few minutes before leaving I said of course so my husband and I waited. 10 minutes later she presented me with the most Delicious fresh and warm "Lobster Roll" that I've ever had. The word no is not in her vocabulary when it comes to Customer Service! I award her as the #1 GM when it comes "Customer Service". She is excellent at what she does, she is a genuine and her Hospitality skills are on point. Thank you so very much for such an excellent t experience at "Bristol"

  Ok! Don’t sleep on this location. Brittany the GM is seriously the best. She puts her whole heart into this place. We have come to know Brooklyn and Nathan as well who are fantastic. We always feel the love and appreciation for our business. Our favorites are- Espresso Martini, Blackberry Margaritas, Patron Margs, Lobster Roll, Scallops, Roasted Corn and if you are lucky to experience weekend brunch do it!

  We visited for happy hour before heading to starlight theater. Wow, the food was fantastic, very flavorful! We had lobster roll, tuna tacos and the spicy cauliflower. James our server was awesome! Definitely going back!

  Our waiter, Nick was fantastic! Seasonal cocktails were nice. I found the crab cakes (entree) to be very dry and rather tasteless - certainly not worth $42. My husband ordered his salmon rare - it was overcooked - although still tasty. It took an extraordinary long time for our order to come out - so sending the overcooked fish back was really not an option for us. The chocolate cake was delicious, so the meal ended on a pleasant note. Overall too pricey for the quality.

  La comida estuvo muy buena y el ambiente del restaurante fue excelente. Todo lo que pedimos estuvo bien preparado y la experiencia en general fue agradable. Lo único que considero que puede mejorar es el servicio. En varias ocasiones los platos sucios aún estaban sobre la mesa cuando ya nos traían el siguiente plato. Incluso parecía que iban a servir la comida sin haber retirado completamente los platos anteriores, por lo que nosotros mismos tuvimos que hacer espacio y acomodar la mesa para que pudieran servirnos cómodamente. No fue una mala experiencia, pero el servicio se sintió apresurado y podría ser más atento a esos detalles. Aun así, la calidad de la comida y el ambiente hacen que sea un lugar recomendable. 🍽️✨
