GROSS! This used to be our favorite place, many years ago, but no longer. Our server brought some kind of melted butter side plate to our table with his thumb in it. It wasn't even like he didn't know, as he literally said, "Sorry. Got my thumb in there.", then he just left it therre. We would not have wanted it anyway; it looked like movie theatre fake butter. They used to have olive oil and pesto for the bread. The bathrooms were disgusting too. The server also tried to add an additional $18.99 entree that we didn't order. We will not be back.

Bravo's has significantly gone downhill over the last several years. My wife and I visited yesterday (Aug 24, 2026) and had a terrible experience.
The restaurant was severely understaffed with only one server working the entire floor. We asked for straws for our drinks twice, but the server never brought them, so my wife eventually had to get them from the bar herself.
When our food arrived, neither my Spaghetti Bolognese nor my wife's lasagna came with bread. While my spaghetti was decent, the lasagna was unacceptable. It was strangely covered in both marinara and Alfredo sauce, and halfway through eating it, my wife pulled out an entire sheet of plastic wrap that had been hidden beneath the sauce. It appears they are microwaving the lasagna in plastic wrap instead of baking it in an oven, and the kitchen failed to remove it before serving.
Between the poor service and the plastic in our food, it was a horrible experience.

I was dining with my wife and was really disappointed to witness an incident at this location involving the way a member of management spoke to a server. The behavior was disrespectful and completely inappropriate for a professional workplace.
Employees deserve to be treated with basic dignity, especially in an environment where they’re already working hard to take care of customers. Management sets the tone for the entire restaurant, and speaking down to staff reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole.
I sincerely hope this is addressed internally. No server should have to tolerate being demeaned simply for doing their job.

Henry was NOT just a server. Henry was the final boss of looksmaxxing. Bro walked into the restaurant with the jawline on MAX SETTINGS, aura at 1000%, and the type of facial harmony that makes the entire dining room go silent. He wasn’t taking orders, he was taking AURA POINTS. Every time Henry said “Can I get you anything else?” the table’s collective mewing streak increased by 47 days. Bro was mogging the entire waitstaff while casually refilling waters like it was nothing. The apron? Absolutely FOUL levels of aura. The hair? LOCKED IN. The posture? SUB-ATOMIC. The service? Michelin-level rizz. Henry didn’t serve food; he served PRESENCE. He would walk past the table and suddenly everyone was sitting up straighter, fixing their hair, and wondering if their own facial structure had fallen behind in the meta. Bro was so looksmaxxed that the restaurant should’ve started charging a jawline tax. Every “thank you” from Henry sounded like a side quest completion. Every water refill was a cinematic event. Every plate placement was calculated. Henry wasn’t working a shift—he was conducting an AURA FARMING OPERATION. Truly an absolute W server, certified sigma, negative canthal tilt destroyer, cheekbone merchant, jawline industrial complex, and undisputed CEO of SERVING. 🗿🙏💀

Bravo! advertised a brunch menu before 3pm on weekends. When our party of four arrived and were sat at 11:55am, I inquired about the brunch menu. "Hmm, I don't know if we're doing brunch today." the server said. Strange. But he returned with the brunch menu with no further explanation. We ordered our drinks; two of us ordered coffee, to which he answered"Oh, I'll have to see about that." Huh? "Well, we don't usually sell coffee here." What the heck!? You don't sell coffee with brunch??
The spaghetti itself was mid. But the sauce was watery and flavourless. The meatballs were dry and warmed over.
It is allegedly an Italian place, so you might expect the pizza to be good. You'd be wrong. The crust was mass produced, and, contrary to the view at Bravo!, extra toppings do not make up for the failings in dough, sauce, and cheese.
Maybe Bravo!, an alleged Italian restaurant, isn't focused on crafting a winning Eggs Benedict; that is certainly the impression that the dish left. The Hollandaise was bland and definitely not fresh. The potatoes were unevenly cooked such that some parts were firm and others mushy. The soda fountain was out of carbonation. The server didn't offer or bring any refills spontaneously. The coffee drinkers asked for a refresh and were astonished when the server took the cups to the kitchen (instead of bringing the cube from the kitchen, as usual).
Look, the server was pleasant enough. He seemed maybe new to the job or the industry. But his talents may lie elsewhere. As far as Bravo! itself, the experience was a disaster. I like going to Zona Rosa, but we'll dine elsewhere. I hope they change their management. Or else, I look forward to the restaurant that takes over their location, because what is on offer here is simply not a winning product or service.
