  It is a challenge to find Ethiopian restaurants where I live, so while I was intown for work I made sure to stop in and try Blue Nile. We ended up getting Veggie Sambuusa for apps, and they were delicious. I asked for some spicy sauce which I really enjoyed with these. For main course I shared the veggie sampler. Getting to try all 8 of their veggie options was a great experience. My colleague and I discussed which ones we liked the most and the flavoring. Prices were extremely reasonable and so were the portions. I thought we would eat everything, because it was so good, but we both stopped ourselves.

  What a great discovery! So unexpected! We love Eithiopian food and this truly was one of our best Eithiopian restaurant meals ever! Inviting restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly and efficient waitstaff. Excellent Tej homemade honey mead (see photo) served in cool globe-type glasses! Grat vegetarian and meat combination platter ( see photo). Teff injera available and reccomended. Very flavorful. 😊 Can't wait to return.
