  I no longer live in Kansas City, and because of that I am constantly craving Blue Nile!! Helpful staff and good selection, especially for those with vegetarian diets. I would recommend getting a sampler platter because anything from this restaurant will be good. They also sell their injera which is versatile and good for many non Ethiopian dishes. A lot of the staff are from Ethiopia and are happy to educate you on their beautiful culture.

  Small place, great vegan and gluten options which is why the birthday person chose it. The food really was delicious and filling. It was the first time I have had Ethiopian food. I split a meat platter that had four dishes. Greens, lentils, beef and chicken. A family of three split a huge patter of food and had a to go box at the end. The staff were kind and accommodating.

  We brought a group of 28, mostly college students, and the Blue Nile staff accommodated us so well. They were friendly and easy to work with, and the food was delightful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who loves to eat!

  I loved my experience at this restaurant! The environment is so positive, calm, and the food is soo delicious!!
