My first and last time visiting this BR. We went in for the BOGO deal I had in the app. After getting rung up I was told they don't honor deals in the app because they are not a regular BR and cannot scan the app. The cashier said if I had a coupon they would honor it, but not the deal in the app. I can't control the deals are in the app and not on a physical coupon. It should be made clear before ordering they don't honor the app deals.

Parking is becoming increasingly difficult at the Mission KS location with the influx of new businesses in the strip mall. But, the ice cream remains as delicious as ever.

Horrible, Humiliating, and Discriminatory Experience I visited this location today for the first time. I was actually excited to try it because it is close to my house. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple stop for a milkshake turned into one of the most humiliating and upsetting customer-service experiences I have ever had. English is not my first language, so my friend helped me order. The employee was initially on his phone and did not acknowledge us while we looked at the menu. I wanted an Oreo shake, and the Oreo option we saw on the menu was called a “Cappy.” My friend ordered a medium Oreo Cappy for me. After I tried it, I realized it contained coffee. I politely asked the employee if it had coffee, and he said yes. I explained that I cannot drink coffee, that I did not realize the drink contained coffee, and that I had simply wanted an Oreo shake. I NEVER accused him of making the order incorrectly, and I NEVER said I would not pay. I simply asked if it could be changed because I could not drink it. Instead of helping me, the employee immediately became confrontational and repeatedly told me, “You have to pay for it,” and, “That is what your friend ordered. I gave you what you ordered.” Then the interaction became humiliating. When I explained that I did not know “Cappy” meant a coffee drink, he asked me, “Can’t you read? It’s right there!” When I asked where it said coffee, he responded, “In the dictionary, cappuccino.” The menu said “Cappy,” not “cappuccino.” As someone whose first language is not English, I found this comment incredibly disrespectful and degrading. Instead of simply explaining the menu item, he spoke to me as though I were stupid because I did not understand what “Cappy” meant. I felt mocked because of my English and my accent. I asked to speak with a manager. He told me he would give me the manager’s number AFTER I paid. I explained again that I was not refusing to pay; I just wanted to speak with a manager about how I was being treated. He then threatened to CALL SECURITY. I could not understand why I was being treated like a criminal when I had never refused to pay, never threatened anyone, and was simply asking for help with a drink I could not consume. He finally wrote down a number. When I called it, the store phone started ringing in the background. In front of a line of customers, he laughed and told me that the manager was off and that I was calling the store. That was incredibly embarrassing. My friend paid for both items we ordered, including the coffee drink that I could not drink. We left that drink behind because it was not what I wanted and I could not consume it. We also asked the employee for his name, and he refused to provide it. He only said that he was “the only Sunday employee” there. I left feeling humiliated, disrespected, and singled out. His comments about whether I could “read,” his reference to looking up cappuccino “in the dictionary,” his mocking attitude toward my difficulty understanding the menu, and his threat to call security made this interaction feel discriminatory and hostile to me. As a woman and a person whose first language is not English, I did not feel welcomed, respected, or safe asking a simple question. There were so many ways this could have been handled professionally: “I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. Cappy contains coffee. Let me explain your options.” That is all it would have taken. Instead, I was embarrassed in front of other customers and treated as though I were trying to steal something over a MILKSHAKE. I am not leaving this review because I disliked the food. I am leaving it because nobody should be treated this way over a misunderstanding. Customers should be able to ask questions about a menu without being mocked, embarrassed, or threatened with security. Management needs to seriously address how customers are being treated here. I will not return to this location, and based on the treatment I received today, I cannot recommend it to others.

They do not believe in fresh popcorn. Brought 3 packs earlier today, they were all stale, return them all, I was able to exchange for new batches those were stale too. Wasted $25.00 on stale popcorn😮‍💨
