    My husband ordered shakes through the app and went to the drive thru to get them! The lady said she hadn’t received the order yet! When found, she said they weren’t serving shakes anymore, but my husband had already paid! Talked to the lady manager there and she claimed she didn’t know how to refund us the money and to contact corporate! Reached out to corporate and never got any response! Disputing charges with our bank and they’re still playing games as Arbys is not responding to our bank about disputed charges!! Again, you stole money Arby’s, and it may not be much but the principal you will do this to your customers, what else is lacking?!? A manager not being able to refund on site is unacceptable as well! Stay away from this location if I were you!

    Place is filthy! There was literally one other customer in the store and nobody in the drive thru so there is no excuse for the tables and condiments area to be so filthy. Also, as another customer shared, they filled my fries like 3/4 of the way and the response he received on here was they were going to pass it to the appropriate team members to correct the problem BUT that obviously has not happened!

    Ive been several times, Service is great, employees are nice, food is always correct but dude come on, fries are the cheapest thing you have. Why skimp me on large? I literally paid extra to have fries and you straight up rip me off. This is the third time this has happened.
