  Pretty disappointed with this Arby’s visit. I ordered a Beef ’n Cheddar and somehow they forgot the cheddar. It’s literally two ingredients—how do you forget one of them? To make it worse, the fries were completely soggy. I’m not expecting a five-star dining experience from Arby’s, but getting the actual food I ordered and fries that aren’t limp shouldn’t be too much to ask.

  Overall a fine experience and what you come to expect with fast casual dining. With well over 100 other options of places to eat within a short drive I chose arbys specifically for the curly fries. After receiving my order the only thing that was not in the bag was the curly fries. I figured that out when I reached in to eat one and my hand was covered in cheese from the blown out wrapper. At least you have me napkins!

  Food was good, order was correct, staff was pleasant. There were a lot of ants on the counter around the sauces & pop machine. I know it's summer time & ants come with that but if the counters were wiped down more often it might help. I would probably go back!
