  Food was good, order was correct, staff was pleasant. There were a lot of ants on the counter around the sauces & pop machine. I know it's summer time & ants come with that but if the counters were wiped down more often it might help. I would probably go back!

  Hours say open till midnight, not sure why they ignore customers in the drive through after 11. Disappointing customer service. Guess I'll be going to a different location from here out.

  My husband ordered shakes through the app and went to the drive thru to get them! The lady said she hadn’t received the order yet! When found, she said they weren’t serving shakes anymore, but my husband had already paid! Talked to the lady manager there and she claimed she didn’t know how to refund us the money and to contact corporate! Reached out to corporate and never got any response! Disputing charges with our bank and they’re still playing games as Arbys is not responding to our bank about disputed charges!! Again, you stole money Arby’s, and it may not be much but the principal you will do this to your customers, what else is lacking?!? A manager not being able to refund on site is unacceptable as well! Stay away from this location if I were you!
