  The service was terrible, and the order I placed bore no resemblance to the promotion or the product description; it had more onion than meat—the promotion should have just been called "onion with Angus cheese." On top of that, it was completely cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge; it wasn't even at room temperature. Honestly, it was an unpleasant experience for my first time at this place...

  Food is okay, but the women's bathroom was closed when we went there 2 weeks ago, and went back today, and it's STILL out of order! Isn't this a health code violation?

  This has been my usual.Go to arby's for quite some time. I'm not sure if they have had a change in management or what , but the food was very disappointing. I got it 'to go'. Had I been dining in, I would have returned it to the counter for something else or a replacement, at the very least. I had an original gyro sandwich. The meat was so dry, overcooked, and tough that you could hardly chew it. I had to dispose of about half of it without eating. And they need to quit advertising that they have curly fries. Every order of curly fries that I've received for the last several months at any Arby's anywhere has maybe one curly fry in it and the rest are little, tiny bits and pieces of curly fries.
