  My husband picks up dinner here for us about once every 3 weeks. The staff are always friendly and helpful so hubs like coming to this location. Our food was hot, fresh and great. French dip, greek gyro, jalapeno poppers, potato cakes and crinkle fries. It's was very good!

  I'm 70 years old, so I've experienced the early days of Arby's. I tried a roast beef slider and gyro sandwich the other day and had to throw them away. The beef was just a salty tasteless lunch meat. I waited 12 minutes in the empty drive thru for my meal and they put lettuce on the gyro when I asked them not to. It's disappointing when things go downhill and the expectations are forever lower. Good luck to you guys, but I won't be back.

  2 of us place our order and pay. Then they say we are out of sour dough bread so we put it on Rye bread. Big no thank you. Not even similar. Then they ask , do you want a refund. Yes I do. Hubby ordered a meal with a peach cobbler for dessert. It comes with no dessert. I have to ask, what are you substituting for the missing dessert, answer, fries or mozzarella sticks. How about a cherry turnover. Lack of communication🤷

  I think this location only has 2 employees. It would be one thing if they were teenagers, it would be another if they gave me the "We'll be with you in a second!" but these folks wouldn't even look at me while walking directly in front of me. I have no problem with a place being busy but dang, at least acknowledge I exist at some point

  Specifically asked for arbys sauce and horsey sauce in the drive through and person taking the order stared at us and created an awkward experience
