  I came in and a round man took my order with a very mean tone. His name tag said his name was Mike, if Mike is working be warned you will not be treated with respect.

  Mike is a horrible GM and needs to be replaced. He grabbed my fries with his hands touching the top and covering my fries with his germs. He is also juts a very rude man with a horrid attitude.

  I swear the manager at this location is so disrespectful. While waiting for my order, which was a total of four minutes, Mike, the general manager said the N-word at least 5 times directed towards an employee. There was another manager there. Her name is Kim, and she thought the whole thing was funny and even laughed, when she told Mike "we have a customer in earshot." I'm not sure what kind of business arby's is running but for me, i'll never do business here again. This is an awful establishment, and corporate should be ashamed for having disgusting management.

  I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the General Manager at this Arby’s location.The General Manager has repeatedly been rude and disrespectful toward both employees and customers. The way he speaks to staff creates an unprofessional and uncomfortable work environment, and his interactions with customers are often discourteous as well.From what I understand, numerous employees and customers have already raised concerns about his behavior, yet nothing appears to have changed. Despite multiple complaints, there seem to have been no meaningful repercussions or corrective action. This has allowed the same issues to continue. A manager should set a positive example for the team by treating everyone with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that has not been the experience at this location. I ask that this matter be taken seriously and that the concerns be investigated. Employees and customers deserve to be treated with respect, and I hope appropriate action is taken to address this ongoing issue.

  This arbys can never seem to get my order correct. I have complained to corporate repeatedly but nothing ever seems to be fixed. I never have problems lime this at other Arby's, just this one. I love Arby's food but I will not go to this restaurant anymore.
