My daughters and I went to this location yesterday (June 13, 2026) between 4 to 5 P.M . When the crew approached my car to take my daughter's order, she didn't ask her mobile number. My daughter ordered a Medium Panda Mocha Chiller, a Medium Cookies & Cream shake and a Medium Island Dream Pina Colada smoothie. It took a while for her to input the order on her tablet, so my daughter had to repeat the order 2-3 times slowly. Then I had to remind my daughter to tell the staff to add my number for the rewards since she didn't ask her mobile number before she took any orders from her. After my daughter told her to add my number, the staff confirmed it, and said she already added my number. During the process of making our order, I was sitting in the back seat, and I could hear one of the staff from the kitchen (Brewista) asked the crew, who took our order about one of the drinks we ordered to make sure she made the right one. When the staff handed out the drinks to my daughter, and she asked the staff to clarify each drink, and when it came to Cookies & Cream shake, at first she said Rocky Road shake then she said this was Cookies & Cream shake. My other daughter checked the drink then asked me to recheck and taste it. We both confirmed that it was not the correct order. So, I told my daughter to tell the staff that it wasn't Cookies & Cream, and it didn't even taste it, at all, but it tasted like Rocky Road shake. My other daughter and I have ordered this Cookies & Cream shake on May 30, 2026, so we know what it should look and taste. I myself love Rocky Road ice cream, hazelnut but I hate caramel as I'm allergic to it, and I can't have a coffee either, so I was super disappointed and upset being lied by the staff. She didn't give me any receipt when my daughter asked her for it after she made a payment. The staff ignored my daughter when she told her that it wasn't the right order. She didn't even initiate to recheck the order and with the Brewista, apologize or make it right. I know the store might be busy on the weekends, but the branch or store manager should have scheduled more staff on the weekends. I have been checking my rewards since yesterday and today, but I didn't see any transaction or rewards added to my account. I tried to call the corporate of 7 Brew Coffee but their automated response suggested me to email them. I did fill out the form online via 7 Brew Coffee's website to file a complaint. I expect to receive a phone call or follow-up to fix this for the mess and wrong order the staff made and for their negligence, ignorance and incompetence to do their job. Their incompetence could have caused my health or trigger my allergy to caramel. It wasn't the first time your staff has made wrong orders to me, my husband and other customers. The branch or district manager definitely need to train every employee and the store or assistant manager needs to be present on this location. Accuracy and paying attention to the order detail, what the customers order and courtesy to greet a customer properly are very crucial. Otherwise I will call my bank to dispute my transaction, and call Health Department for them to send a food inspector to check this location.
