  This was my first time at Wingstop, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. When we walked in, there was a homeless man sleeping across the chairs next to the soda machine. The employee taking our order was very friendly and polite, but the manager was extremely unprofessional. She was loudly cussing the entire time we were ordering and eating. We had ordered ranch with our meal but never received it. When we asked about it, the employee had to ask if he should charge us, and the manager responded, “Hell yeah you do, we don’t give out free shit.” We politely explained that we had already ordered it but never received it. Throughout our meal, the manager continued using profanity while talking to employees. The only positive part of our visit was the kindness of the employee at the register. Overall, this was not a good first impression, and I hope management addresses the professionalism at this location.

  I went in there a couple days ago the guy at the front counter THREW my change at me and the change hit the ground and my friend picked it up and while we were picking it up people were laughing about it the people in the back and the manager I’d assume was laughing incredibly loud. They had inappropriate music playing which there were KIDS there the food I had received was cold waited 30 minutes for my food watched a doordasher get mad because the wait was so long. Anyways everyone in there was irritated as they should be with loud music and the people in the back SCREAMING and laughing while everyone’s trying to eat never coming back Realistically

  For my first time eating at Wing Stop, I must say I left a happy customer. The counter girl, Raniya was very helpful explaining the choices and sauces as well as being pleasant. I WILL return.

  Lady behind the counter was rude the food was sub par and some lady that was not in uniform and open toes sandals was walking in the kitchen touching her hair and taking over everybody Update so had to go in again for a big pick-up order and not once even acknowledged was there for over 20 minutes eventually just had the order cancelled o and employees talking on there phones
