Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
First and last visit. Good was deplorable, while the young lady who waited on was lovely, and the receipt reflected what I'd ordered, it was not what I received. SORRY, I don't like pickles--blek. So I was less than thrilled when my burger was covered in them, at least 10. Gross. The soda was weak and improperly mixed. Also, the shake had a really odd off taste. The only good item was the onion rings, but even they weren't good enough to lure me back.

Normally the service is acceptable, but not tonight. Worst service ever. Waited almost 30 minutes to even be acknowledged. One guy left because he'd been waiting for over 30 minutes when we got there and hadn't been acknowledged yet. When someone finally came out they took 1 order, then just walked off. When they finally came back out they said they couldn't take the order because the manager had to do something, so several more minutes of waiting. The ice machine still isn't working after 2 weeks and the tables and floors are disgusting. Took another 20 minutes to get our food once we got to order and the fries were cold when we got them.

Had to wait over 30 mins for are order to be taken, feet stick to the floor when walking, tables are filthy and unclean. Over all the shift manager of nights needs to be fired for incompetence

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with food establishment. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, while 4 vehicles were served in the other lane, I was never spoken to. I go into the lobby and there are people in front of me who haven’t ordered. I haven’t ordered. The people behind me haven’t ordered, the person behind them hasn’t ordered. In the 10-15+ minutes I’ve sat here, several employees have walked through us with their heads down to not address us. While they serve a shake and gummies to a table in the lobby. Management needs to fire this incompetent staff and find people who can actually do their job or hire more people to help their understaffed employees. Either way this place is a joke of a restaurant.

But this was literal garbage soggy slop. Here is a Pic to see how the veggies were microwaved. Hence the tomato falling apart like slime. It yeah the bun was a rock.
