  I have given this place at least 5 chances. All were extremely unsatisfactory! Usually if I order using the app and go through the drive thru to pick it up there is a long wait. Today, I ordered to pick it up inside thinking this would get me faster service. Wrong! While the app said it would be ready in 15 minutes and the app told me it WAS ready to pick up shortly after that 15 minute mark, it was actually closer to 45 minutes before it was actually done. I watched as other customers came in and ordered and, after quite a wait for their food, were finally served. I watched while the long line of drive thru cars received food. Finally I was told they were working on mine (a good half hour after I had ordered via the app). Food is ok, but I will drive up rqngeline to pick up my food at another location from now on.

  This is hands down the absolute worst taco bell ever!! Their managers don’t care about getting orders correct or correcting their mistakes. I’m the type of person to give restaurants a 2nd & even a 3rd chance and that is exactly what I did and i’m not exaggerating when I say they have messed up our orders all 3 times!! I’m talking we’re missing over $20 in food every time we have ordered here and our order total is usually $40. We’ve tried ordering through the taco bell app, doordash, and the drive thru and we are literally missing half our order everytime! And they have never refunded us or made it right. This place will steal your money and give you crap service and piddly little amounts of food. This place needs a big sign saying DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

  It's a nice new location. We love having a Taco Bell over here by 32nd and rangeline. Only issue is they don't read the orders too well cuz the last two times I went I ordered supreme for my taco and paid the extra $0.50 and never get my sour cream and tomatoes. But I'm not the one to go back and complain, overall. Decent place to have some tacos. It's Taco Bell 🤷🏻‍♂️
