This used to be a good Sonic; that being said over the past 3 weeks its downfall has been astounding. To give some perspective I only order drinks, last week it took 30 minutes for them to tell me it’s gonna be another 15 minutes. Just now I watched 3 people drive off from waiting so long; after waiting 15 minutes in line for 2 drinks I waited another 7 minutes at the window before someone opened it to take my payment method. While waiting for someone to acknowledge me at the window they came outside to give the person behind me in line their 3 bags of food and drinks. Mind you my drinks were in full view from the window.
This should be common sense but apparently not. Drinks should be handled first to get customers out of line. More customers out of the way creates more space for more customers. Instead of writing a complete essay I’ll end this review with one final note. What used to be a good Sonic that was the go to for fast food and drinks has now become the complete opposite. Maybe Rangeline or Maiden Ln. will be better.

I ordered two drinks and I was the only car here and they said it would take 20 minutes to get two drinks even tho i was already here for 30 minutes. So slow. Dont come here!

Ordered 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers on 6/13/26 at 11:45 received 3 plain cheeseburgers called the 310 E 32nd store 3 times before they answered asked them to please remake my order and I will come back and get my correct order at 11:55 arrived at 310 E 32nd store at 12:00 pm checked in with store by pushing button watched multiple customers pull up order through the menu then and get their food and leave I pushed the button told them I have been waiting for my food for almost 30 mins I asked how long before I received my food and they responded with we have even started your order yet at 12:35
I wound up driving off having to wait over 30 mins I will not go back to this sonic ever again this is the 4th or 5th time I have had this problem last time I waited 20 mins for a route44 sweet Tea and a route 44 water this sonic is one of the worst I have ever been too and the employees don’t care

My hamburger was not fresh and barely warm. It took 25 min to get
My order. I requested no onions and there were onions in my burger. My mouth started burning after the first bite from the onions
I had to accept what was brought out to me for fear of someone spitting in my food if I had ask for a redo on a fresh hamburger . We told the kid that the order was missing a sprite and an order of fries and his reply was “thank you have a nice day!”, and never came back.
