  Made a online order today pulled into bay checked in. Waited 10 minutes past when order said it would be ready. Walked up to door finally a gentlemen walked out asked what I needed, asked him if our food was about ready or how long it was going to be. He said it would be ready when it was ready walked back inside. Since I ordered online and had already paid I went back to my vehicle and waited. It wasn't about 5 min the car hop came out with most of our order. He stated that he could not find our ticket to make sure we had everything that we ordered. We were missing drinks He ran right in and got them. Upon leaving to get to prior arrangement (reason for ordering ahead) 1/2 of our fries were less than fresh and the other half was fresh but had so much salt on them that we could not eat them. Then took two bites of my burger and it tasted like the meat was not good. Threw the rest in the trash. I guess the positive side is my drink was made right and was tasty.

  Has gone down hill . 2 times since July service has lacked & the food has been mediocre Old onion rings and tots

  Door dashing We had to wait forever for the order. Ended up going there 3 different times for separate orders and we had to wait forever on all of them.
