  This is a usual stop for us when we’re in Joplin. This was an extremely disappointing experience. Normally, we get good service, with a positive attitude and correct portion sizes. Tonight we did not receive the drink or side with the kids meal, which I also believe the kids meal is supposed to have two tacos. We were given one. My burrito bowl was a lot smaller than normal, but my husband’s burrito seemed to be overly filled. Not sure what the training regimen is, but it’s very clear that the employees on shift were not trained the same. On top of that it was very clear that the girl working was not thrilled to be there or to be taken care of us. Not sure when we’ll be back at this point because we are so disappointed, we should’ve just gone to Moe‘s.

  I am always pleased with the portions. Food is always fresh and fast. Absolutely perfect quesadilla and huge perfect burrito!

  Unfortunately, my food didn’t taste right. My meat felt undercooked, and I was very sad because I wanted to give this place a chance, but unfortunately, I will not be going back. I hope the best.

  This is a new place for me as I'm not normally a Mexican food person but I am loving it and trying something new every week. I've ate there now twice and both were amazing eats! Time for #3!!

The food is consistently fresh, and you can actually taste the difference compared to some other fast-casual places. The grilled chicken and steak are always well-seasoned, and I like that they don’t skimp on portions. One thing I really appreciate is the toppings—everything from the pico to the queso tastes fresh and flavorful. Speaking of queso, it’s a big win that they don’t charge extra for it. That alone puts them ahead of a lot of similar places. The staff has always been friendly when I’ve gone in, even during busy times. They move the line along pretty quickly, and I’ve never felt rushed while ordering. The place itself is usually clean, which makes a difference when you’re dining in. Overall, it’s just a solid, reliable spot in Joplin. Whether you’re grabbing a burrito bowl, tacos, or just chips and queso, it hits the spot every time. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.
