  Because you can't see them preparing your food, you miss out on seeing (probably) the row of microwaves in the back. Hockey pucks were served in place of McGriddles.

  Got up around 1AM to start my day before hitting the road at 2AM for another 11 hours of driving. I go inside and tried to redeem a deal in their app. I showed them it said I already redeemed it but it won’t let me apply it to my order. Instead of doing the right thing and accepting the deal they told me they can’t do anything about it and to contact corporate because they handle the mobile app. At other McDonalds locations they’re understanding of what they’re seeing the customer do on the app and if they watch an error take place with the app where there shouldn’t be one they just honor the deal and give it to the customer. They don’t say contact corporate at 1AM and abruptly turn their head on you and walk away. I just wanted some breakfast but after this I’m never in my life gonna consider giving this location a single cent of mine. I even stood there using their kiosk for a bit and thought what am I doing I ain’t giving these people money after that, and left the location. I got a freezer and microwave in my truck. I don’t have to eat here.

  I always have a positive experience here. Fries are 99% always fresh! I don’t think I rarely ever have cold fries even when I go in at 12 am - 1 am. Staff always quick.

  Failed twice. They choose to shut down the drive thru whenever they choose. Take forever to serve you and barely acknowledge you exist when they do. After I was told the drive thru was closed. Entered waiting for my app order for 20 plus minutes as I heard them inform the next customer the drive thru was closed then proceed to laugh together and say “see ya sucker” as they acted surprised by their closure! What a joke of an establishment. Failed when they moved to petro. Was great when it was a stand alone restaurant.
