  Failed twice. They choose to shut down the drive thru whenever they choose. Take forever to serve you and barely acknowledge you exist when they do. After I was told the drive thru was closed. Entered waiting for my app order for 20 plus minutes as I heard them inform the next customer the drive thru was closed then proceed to laugh together and say “see ya sucker” as they acted surprised by their closure! What a joke of an establishment. Failed when they moved to petro. Was great when it was a stand alone restaurant.

  Just went thru drive thru, got cold fries...unsweet tea when it was suppose to be sweet.. no sauces for nuggets... that place is junk.. gets worse everytime you go there.

  My dad warned me not to come to this location because of the poor service, but we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the experience was just as frustrating. There were about nine people waiting in the lobby, and no orders came out for more than 10 minutes. We waited over 10 minutes just for a mocha frappe, even though the drive-through and restaurant did not appear very busy. My family has had similar experiences here before, including waiting over 30 minutes for frappes and even basic burger orders when there were hardly any customers. The restaurant also needs more attention to cleanliness, especially for such a new location. It was also difficult to find this restaurant on Google Maps when searching for nearby food or McDonald’s locations; it only appeared when searching specifically for “McDonald’s.” I hope both the listing visibility and the service issues are addressed. This location needs major improvement in order speed, organization, and cleanliness.

  Do not come here if you are not ready for “talking “ just to machines ( there is no one you can ask anything, just kiosk ), if you are not ready for waiting over 20 minutes and on the end of you are not ready to get wrong order . Shame on all them from this store !!!!!!

  I called this morning to place a large pick up order to go and to pick up at a certain time. I was told by the person that answered the phone, we don’t do orders over the phone only on the app. I told him that I had done this once a month for nearly 6 months for my employees. At that point I was hung up on. I called back and Tammy answered the phone and insisted she had been there for two years and they had never done orders over the phone and were not going to take my order over the phone. Terrible customer service.
