  Lunch is the worst time to go if you don't plan on using the drive-thru. Ordered through the app 5 minutes before arriving and still had to sit and wait an additional 20 minutes at the curbside. Prioritizing drive-thru over everyone else is bogus.

  We went to the drive through to get our food, and there was this girl who was training this dude. She was very rude to him and called him slow to his face. We did not appreciate how she was talking to him, and it was only his 3rd time working the window. She needs to be fired, or at the very least a write up. She was kind of short with glasses and red hair.

  I ordered on the kiosk screen when the lady brought me my food she forgot my drink when I tried to ask her about it. She got very rude with me told me she was working on five of the drinks and it will be a minute. I waited for 10 minutes and they gave me the wrong drink size and told me it was a medium when it was clearly a small This place needs to get their act together

  Had to wait forever for my order to be taken, because although there had been a door dasher in line behind me, they were making fresh fries...yet we EVENTUALLY received cold over cooked fries. Our big mac's had almost no mac sauce, which is the entire point BTW. The coke that we ordered with a meal, was warm despite the ice and tasted weird. My grandbaby said yuck after one taste of the happy meal burger and fries, and would only eat the apple slices and juice box, like what McD and fries are a favorite? The only things that were decent was a McChicken, apple slices (which weren't great), and the juice box. We have been telling everyone to avoid this location. Lol
