    Went through the drive thru, sat there for awhile and no one answered. Pulled up to the window, nobody there. Drove past the second window and there’s the workers just mingling about and not taking orders. Went inside to order instead and no one was there to take my order. Service is absolutely awful at this McDonalds. I recommend going to any other location because the workers don’t do their jobs at this one.

    Waited 30 minutes for 2 meals, they forgot one. Went back and waited another 15 minutes to get it right. One hour all in, this place is irrepairable.

    There is nothing I dislike more than getting home and opening up my bag of food and missing food. Tonight we ordered food on our app and ordered a meal for our friend. When we arrived they said could you pull around and we will bring your food out, because the chicken is getting ready to be pulled out of the fryer. We'll that is what we had ordered for our friend was a chicken sandwich. We get home and opened the bag of food and her sandwhich was missing. The one peice of food they said was getting ready to be pulled from the fryer and forgot to put it in the bag. I know we should have looked in the bag before pulling away, but this is un professional and not the first time this location has done this to some of our other friends and Family. They were not even busy at all and no one else was in the drive through. How hard is it for them to make sure everything someone has ordered and already paid for is in the bag! Until they hire new people or tell the current employees to pay more attention and do their job right instead of getting in a hurry, playing on their phones or standing around chatting, we will not be returning to this location. It's disappointing because we live here in carljunction, but might be worth it to just start going back to the webb city location.
