  I've given this place 3 chances now and I'm not sure why I thoight it would be any better. I live in briarbrooke and I'd still rather drive 15 minutes to webb for McDonald's. I just sat for 25 minutes waiting for a 10 piece nugget and a 6 piece happymeal with 3 cookies and was told the extreme wait was because they had to cook the cookies. They didn't remake anything. I consistently get marked at this location and always get old nasty food. Its been this way since they opened. Trash location. Trash management. Trash employees. Avoid this location at all costs. I promise I'll never be back.

  They were really backed up. Mistakes were happening in the kitchen and it took almost 30 minutes to receive our order and it was like warm... We weren't going to ask them to remake it becaude it was apart they were busy or something. Despite all of this- one associate stood out in particular - Lucas was his name. He had just come back from break while all this chaos was ensuing. He was young, but was running around and making sure everyone was taken care of and was trying to fix any mistakes. His resilient and genuine attitude turned our experience around. Also, It was clean inside the restaurant and in the restroom.

  Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I live in the Briarbrook area and was excited to see a McDonald’s being built in Carl Junction. I always went to the Webb City McDonald’s for breakfast. Now I will start going back to the Webb City McDonald’s because the service is outstanding! I have owned my own business and have worked in upper management of corporations. I would hate to think I just opened a new business and have ratings of 2 out of 5 from customers - how embarrassing! The service is slow & terrible, employees are not trained well for customer service or ordering breakfast. If I owned this business, I would be at this location until the operations were operated properly for the customers ALL day!   Came in this morning for 2 muffins for a quick snack, they were very tasty. Service was polite, and checked multiple times while I was in the store to make sure I was well sorted before I got my food. Food came at a good speed, the only wait I had was for fresh sausage patties so I have zero complaints there, and they were made right. This is the only McDonald's I've gone to that still butters the muffins, so that was very nice. All in all, they have a very good breakfast crew.

  I waited to leave a review. Finally I have to speak my peace. Not only do you have to look in your bag to make sure it’s all there but apparently you need to actually unwrap the packaging so make sure they include the second party on your double quarter pounder. Not once but twice on the same order! Yes, the receipt shows what I preferred. No, it’s not worth my time to drive back.
