  Definitely different. They have switched to automated ordering. Nice and clean place though. They did get my order wrong, but oh well, what's new

  This place is a joke. I typically don't write negative reviews unless it's really bad or a repeated pattern. For me to go out of my way to submit a negative review, it has to be really bad. We have missing food from our order EVERY single time we have ordered from here AND the food never tastes fresh. Fries always taste day old, food isn't hot. Service is also very slow! Tonight (as ONE of many examples), I placed our order using my McDonald's app on my phone FROM MY HOUSE. I drove from my house, went to get gas first, then went to get my order and it still was not ready. I had to wait about 15 more minutes for it AND it was missing 4 items (an Iced Caramel Macchiato and three orders of nuggets). It's a shame because this McDonalds is closest to my house but we are so fed up that we are going to drive further to a different location from now on.
