- CSChris StocktonSep 26, 20261.0I came in to pick up an order and there was an issue with the toaster, the woman with a nose, ring, and blond hair made it as difficult as humanly Possible. She may have well just had a sign that said I don’t want to be here anymore. It’s almost closing time. I was under the impression It was the job of the employee to try to accommodate the customer not make it as difficult as possible for every little thing. Abrasive, condescending, and intentionally argumentative is really not what I would consider customer service. The food is great at Jimmy John’s and the atmosphere is too but once again, the employees are absolute garbage and I refuse to patron any store who can’t hire people with a personality that isn’t just being As difficult as possible

- EEEAug 7, 20203.0They didn't have cucumbers for two of the sandwiches, which was fine when they told me and offered other vegetables instead for the #6 and #12, but on the #4 there was no lettuce or sauce. The only thing asked to be off of it was tomatoes. The wait time was over 10 minutes at the drive thru. It tasted fine after the #4 was fixed at home adding mayo and shredded lettuce. Overall, meh.
