  Food was alright. Service was mediocre. My team and I went to Chipotle, and they literally gave us half a bowl each. I asked for extra rice, but they ignored me, and they only gave me half a scoop of chicken, which is insane. First time at this chipotle, won’t ever come here againS

  BEST FOOD. They always get my order exactly correct and give me tons of extra steak and guacamole it's delicious the burrito tortilla is a must have they are addictive. But sometimes the place smells like pot or something I saw one woman I think smoking with her kids but staff are nice.

  They were very nice. But all of the dining tables were dirty, customers had to clean them before they could use them. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the women's bathroom. I got a steak burrito bowl and the steak was so tough, I think I only got to eat a couple pieces of the steak, the rest I had to throw away.

  I was disappointed with the customer service regarding my pickup order at Chipotle. My son in to pick up his border and he was asked for order verification, i thought it was odd, but I sent him the screenshot of the order. He showed the manager the verification, and they said they would not accept a screenshot. I Went in and asked, why all of a sudden they're asking for an email verification.When i've never had to show one in the past. Then, did not ask for my verification. Email, but yet handed me the order. And stated that he never was shown a screenshot of the order from my son. While I understand verifying orders, the way it was handled felt unnecessary and inconvenient. The interaction came across as unfriendly rather than helpful, which made the overall experience frustrating. I hope customer service and communication improve moving forward.

  Very mediocre food, the flavor was lacking and not at all up to the standards I've come to expect from a Chipotle. The portions were also incredibly small, the bowl was barely half full which is pretty disappointing, I'd recommend ordering in person at the counter where you can ask for more if it's lacking as opposed to mobile ordering (what I did).
