- NBNic Bergquist4 days ago1.0Came in at open and was told they didn't have meat ready yet and it would be 15 minutes for steak. After waiting 15 minutes they informed me that they were just cooking the steak and it would be another 15 minutes. The employees had no sense of urgency and were completely chaotic. I would not recommend this location

I asked for an update several times but didn't get my order until 2:27. I understand that the pickup time is an estimate but this seemed unreasonable. The workers were unapologetic and annoyed that I asked for updates.

I usually am one to speak up but considering there were other people in line, I didn’t want to address it on the spot ( young employee on the line). Other than that everything else was good.
