  I was very disappointed in this restaurant all the way around! The lady who took my order was rude and a little confrontational. I asked for a little extra ice. When I asked if she could put some more in my cup she raised her voice and said I asked for light ice. When I repeated what I actually said she said oh! I waited in the drive through forever. Then she had me pull up to wait longer for my food, she said waiting on fresh cheese sticks. But when I received it, it was all cold! I believe they need to retrain this store on what fresh food is and what good customer service is!!

  Ordered here for the first time and had a little mess up, they were quick to correct it. The shift manager, Brandon was very pleasant and well mannered.

  Bathrooms were all locked they didn't allow any customers into the bathroom paying or not they said it was broken but they didn't have a sign saying it was out of service

  The food was good but the men's bathroom was out of soap and paper towels. How do I wash my hands? How do the workers wash their hands after a 1 or 2 before making your food? While I was waiting for the soap and paper towels, one employee used the men's bathroom and returned to the kitchen. Staff seemed annoyed that I even asked. The person who appeared to be the shift supervisor seemed out of his depth. 1840 hours July 10th 2026.
