  I am currently waiting on a Manager over this location to contact me back about a RUDE store manager. I have yet to get any form of communication from this location. But, I'm not done. I'm working on making sure they take my concern seriously

  I ordered two $7 dollar meals. I clearly said no onion pickles or mustard(that mean BURGER RIGHT) she rung me up for to number 7 coney meals( we do not eat hot dogs) get to the window the young lady was sweet and she told me it's rung up wrong. But I'm guessing the manager have a bad day try to argue with me about what I ordered. DONT TAKE A MANAGER POSITION IF YOU CAN Escalate an issue... She didn't even attempt to fix it but instead arguing with me at the window I told her I didn't want it cause that's not what I ordered she got smart I drove off baby I'm 40 year grown woman with my daughter in the car .. It be us .. Will never stop there again

  I only came by this morning because I seen on TikTok that sonic had the best iced cold brew the young lady over the speaker was very rude didn’t sound like she wanted to be there I asked for a rout 44 she replied back very nasty she doesn’t have THAT! Okay that’s fine I politely drove off people lack customer service skills heavy

  Waited 30min after checking in for an online. Order was wrong and looked like it had been sitting for a while. Checked we had checked in properly and everything. Unacceptable, we will skip the after work trip from now on.
