  I use the app that says buy one get one and when I click on the app and use it buy one get one hamburgers did it go through only got one hamburger and they would not fix it.

  Was. In drive thru for 25 min and still had 3 cars in front of me! I had to bail out since I had an upcoming appointment.

  Stopped by today and got Two double cheese, and Two fries. It was a pleasant experience the outside was very clean which is something I look forward to. The lady that took my order was very kind, good attitude. The speed of delivery was a good timing too but Let’s talk about the food now. The buns were fresh and soft, food was hot and aromatic. Burgers were not all messy and slouched. Grease was clearly fresh for the fries & the burgers were cooked obviously on a clean grill. The salt was perfect amount. Napkins were in the bag too AND they didn’t forget my peppermints. Just what I was craving and they delivered. 100% perfection. Good job Sonic on Elm! I’ll be back for sure!

  We come to this sonic almost daily cause it’s close to our house and we keep wishing it would get better every time .. tonight went through drive through got 2 $7 dollar meals got to window paid was short change being given back .. Then pulling away noticed out fries was cold and old so I pulled around to the pull in spots number 10 I think hit button lady came across I asked for fresh fries due to ours being cold she said we will have them right out .. we waited 15 mins no fries and then hit button again she said oh I’m sorry I thought you was in drive thru …. Ummm how do you get the pull in spots confused to drive through well need less to say brought out fries they was cold so I drove off got to eating our sandwiches and well the cheese looked old my wife’s bun was so soggy like can’t we get peoples food right anymore for what we pay for food these days would you eat nasty old food making people sick maybe they should have there store health dept come check stuff out if there serving cold stuff to people
