  While sitting at the booth I was able to see the employees who were making the food. One of the employees was rubbing their nose and then proceeded to start working on a pizza without washing their hands after messing with their nose.

  Logan was tending the drive through and as usual he was very friendly & polite! What an asset to Pizza Hut!

  Didn’t receive our paid order. I waited an hour and a half, called, they told me it was on the way, waited again, by this time the store was closed. I never received my order. The next day I called to get a refund and was told the manager wasn’t available but would call me the next day at 3. Never received a call. Today I called again and finally spoke to a manager. They said they could not refund me but only credit or send a new one out. I have a new order being made but the manager was very rude, monotone and short with me. I asked why he’s speaking to me like that and he responded with “I’m not this is the way I talk” I just felt like it was unnecessary and like somehow them choosing to deliver through DoorDash rather than doing it themselves is my fault. With the irritation in the managers voice I’m honestly worried they’re going to tamper with my food.

  Food is always really fresh. Note: you have to buy Parmesan cheese from them here. They do not offer packets for free.
