I don't know if it wasn't cooked all the way or if it was all gristle but I think I'm done with McDonald's after this experience. If I get sick from eating what I was able to from this rubbery sandwich I will be extremely pissed!

The next time drive through I said extra fries they gave me apple slices. No barbecue sauce again it’s been three times now in a row.
- AAaa5767 aa5767Apr 7, 20261.0I made a pick up order on the app Friday night . I arrived at the store at 10pm and the doors were locked. The app said I needed to call the store to get a refund. I call the store phone number from their website but the number is no longer working. How do I get my money back! I guess I just made a donation to the McDonald’s profit bucket. EDIT: McDonald’s replied to this post with a link to resolve my issue. The link is just a template survey form and I cannot leave feedback because it requires a receipt number that is on the bag but I never got my order because the doors were locked so I don’t have that. Additionally the number provided by the store on its OWN WEBSITE is no longer in service so I can’t call to get my refund. Everything about this company operates like a scam. Who are the franchise owners? Can anyone reply with a name and address so I can give them a friendly visit. EDIT 2: it gets even better!! Now they will only resolve my issue if I provide a store number. Guess what! It’s not publicly listed! There is no way for anyone to find the store number AND the store does not have a working phone number. SCAM ALERT!!
