- EBEmily Banfield4 days ago1.0Rice was crunchy. The place was disgustingly dirty, and it was not at all busy so there is no excuse for what we saw. The bottom of the knife utensil holder was absolutely disgusting with what looked like brown onions stuck to the bottom of it. The workers started cleaning while we were eating, I was relieved to see, but they stopped far short of having anything actually cleaned. After wiping the counter by the drinks, there was still a sticky brown mesa by the napkins. The floors were not swept, tables not wiped. There was nothing in the place that was actually clean including the area they served food.

I got the burrito loaded with brown rice, black beans, carnitas, onion and green pepper veggies, white queso, gauc, pico, and a side of that limon salsa. My burrito looked so magnificent my coworker went back and got almost the exact same thing. He did not like the onion veg mix. Lol. HIGHLY RECOMMEND limon salsa and the carnitas!
- OOOutspokenApr 16, 20262.0I know that we showed up at the end of dinner rush but by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The beans were so dried out because there's no water in the well that it was like refried beans. When I asked if then were rice they didn't. Everything was gone. They hadn't stocked anything. No sour cream, cheese or chips and I didn't get my receipt so I went back in to get it and they told me they threw it away. I told him I just wanted my money back because everything was old and dry. I can tell that the guys on duty were tired and very short with her attitudes but I do appreciate the hard work they clearly have been doing hopefully I just showed up at a time when they hadn't had time to stock anything but I did have to tell them how to do their job to keep the food from drying out!
