  Management should be embarrassed. Schedules one bartender to run an entire half of the restaurant, and a bar. On the first elimination round of the World Cup. Tried to get a second beer for over 25 minutes. Kept getting ignored. Manager was just standing around being useless. Not helping his bartender one bit. We wanted to order food, but that clearly wasn’t an option here. Whoever the GM is should be fired.

  The worst service experience every time I visit. Couldn't get any help from any employee at the register for 15 minutes. The store is not even that rushed.

  One server on a Sunday at 3pm Waited 25 minutes to order anything and then he leaves halfway into us ordering. He is more focused on running the bar than tending to anyone actually coming here for food. 6 people between three groups have walked out since I’ve been here because no one even seated them. Pretty low for BWW Then to top the cherry our order accidentally doesn’t get put in after 25 minutes of sitting here and what gets brought out is wrong. There was me and my wife and our 9 month old baby. Tried to Charge us for things that we never got and after I asked to please just get to go boxes so we could leave we don’t have anything said he just leaves and literally tosses the to go boxes on the table.   I picked this place to watch the game México vs Korea But they weren't ready for the World Cup fan They acted as if they were not very interested in our business. Because we asked several times to have a TV tuned to the World Cup We understood we were outside the city But it's money we are bringing in

  I was very disappointed with my experience 6/14 (7:00 pm). As a solo diner, I felt like I was treated as less important than larger groups. After being seated, I waited quite a while before anyone came to take my order. When the server finally returned, she informed me that she had forgotten to put my order into the system. I was understanding and told her that mistakes happen. Unfortunately, the service did not improve. After my food arrived, no one checked on me again. I watched staff regularly visit other tables, but I was repeatedly overlooked. Eventually, I had to get up and walk to the counter myself because no one came to my table. I understand that restaurants are busy, but every customer deserves attention and respect, whether they are dining alone or with a group. I chose a table because I wanted a quiet meal, not because I expected special treatment. I left feeling ignored, disappointed, and honestly a little sad. I hope management addresses this issue so that future guests dining alone receive the same level of service as everyone else.
