I just stopped by the 7Brew stand to get my usual order. I get to the cashier and she hands me two medium straws, I politely say, “can I get a large straw too please, I had one medium and one large drink”. I get an eye roll and sigh as she looks at her iPad and then says in a very short and rude voice, “no ma’am, you did not…you got 2 mediums”. I told her which one should be a large to which she says, “I can’t control what’s seen on the screen”. She turns the iPad towards me to checkout and never makes eye contact with me, didn’t smile the slightest, say thank you…nothing. Hands me the drinks and turns and walks off, not a word. I got her name, but I’m not one to even typically leave a review (as I know everyone has bad days) so definitely not going to blast her name. However, in the last 2 years that I have been visiting stands I have NEVER encountered someone that was this rude. She truly acted like she hated her job and clearly did not want to be there today. 7Brew workers are always a highlight of my visit…always happy and talking. Not today.
Love their drinks and enjoy trying all the different flavors.

Love getting my coffee at 7 Brew, the kids are friendly and very respectful. I enjoy my short time talking with the staff, the kids add life to the place.

I stopped by 7Brew in Jefferson City this morning. I was the 2nd car in line. The young lady taking orders assisted the car in front of me. Instead of coming to my car to help me, she stayed at the first car to talk to the driver and pet the chihuahua for at least 5-7 minutes. Another staff member joined her at the same car.
When she came to my car, I declined an order telling it was because she chose to pet a dog instead of take care of her customers.
Another staff member asked for my order, I told her my problem. I demanded to speak with the manager on duty. The store manager was not working, and the shift manager was the other person petting the dog. I stated I just wanted to get out of line.
Drinks were delivered to the other car, but she didn't leave. I honked my horn. Staff continued to talk with the driver. The car started to pullout. A third staff member came out of the building and stopped the car so she could pet the dog.
I honked my horn again and heard someone say something like, "calm down." The motorcycle driver behind me honked his horn as well.
The first driver pulled forward enough so those behind her could leave.
They wasted 9 minutes of my day. I will never patronize them in the future because of their lack of customer service.

Having workers laughing at disabled customers problems isn't a place I want to get coffee or my children hear it I have disabled son I have never been more furious.
