  After multiple times of coming here I have yet to be disappointed. The drinks are always delicious and flavorful. The staff is always friendly, and kind and the service is always wonderful!

  Im a normal at 7 brew but they have to know how to take orders if they are gonna have 2 lines. I arrived 5-10 minutes before the 5 cars BEHIND me in the line over and they got their orders taken AND given to them before they even took my order. I understand if it was maybe 1 or 2 but 5 is ridiculous.

  Like most 7 brews the coffee was great, only complaints really are that they First are only the 2nd 7 brew i have ever had to choose Oat or Almond. Most others allow me to do Half and Half. They are also Extremely SLOW and normally have a HUGE Line.

  I was in line for at least 30 mins. It’s a problem to me when girls are just standing around the register (4 girls to be exact) laughing and having a good time. When the line is backed up to CATO and it took at least 30 mins to get my drink and I was the 4th car in line. Do better!!!

  I just stopped by the 7Brew stand to get my usual order. I get to the cashier and she hands me two medium straws, I politely say, “can I get a large straw too please, I had one medium and one large drink”. I get an eye roll and sigh as she looks at her iPad and then says in a very short and rude voice, “no ma’am, you did not…you got 2 mediums”. I told her which one should be a large to which she says, “I can’t control what’s seen on the screen”. She turns the iPad towards me to checkout and never makes eye contact with me, didn’t smile the slightest, say thank you…nothing. Hands me the drinks and turns and walks off, not a word. I got her name, but I’m not one to even typically leave a review (as I know everyone has bad days) so definitely not going to blast her name. However, in the last 2 years that I have been visiting stands I have NEVER encountered someone that was this rude. She truly acted like she hated her job and clearly did not want to be there today. 7Brew workers are always a highlight of my visit…always happy and talking. Not today.
