  I am a frequent customer and have been to 7 Brews in multiple states. In fact, I have been to this one on previous visits to Jeff City. Today was the single worst experience I have had. It was busy, which is to be expected, so I waited patiently. I had one person take my order, I waited almost 5 minutes for another person to pay for my order. I finally got to the front of the line, and waited for the five large drinks I had ordered. And waited. And waited. The employee took three walk up orders before I finally asked where my drinks were. She informed me that my order was further down the list and hadn’t been made yet. Obviously the line employees were moving back and forth but how do I get to the front of the line and my order not at least be in process? Not only was it a frustrating experience for me, I am sure the people behind me were even more upset! I will continue to be a loyal customer, but probably won’t come to this stand again. In total, my order took more than 20 minutes to get. Maybe one or two of the employees in the lines could have been making beverages. Just an idea.
