  It's Father's Day and my wife was trying to make a day great for me by ordering pizza. Two mistakes were made. She forgot to use the promo code whenever she was ordering Aunt. She didn't realize that the buffalo chicken pizza had onions. I called customer service and they were able to help me to reorder the pizza with the promotional code. I do understand it was our fault, but especially on Father's Day you would expect the restaurant would be willing to make an exception and at least be willing to exchange the pizza or do something. But the customer service representative called the store and they said they wouldn't do anything. Because it was my mistake. Again, I understand that from a business perspective, but I don't understand that from a human perspective. I'm glad we were able to repurchase with the correct promotional codes but I feel like a lot of people do and I just don't like onions. So now I can't even have lunch even though we paid for it. It's disappointing but it is what it is I guess. They seem like okay and nice people when I go in but it's just sad that they couldn't do anything for us on Father's Day

  The workers at this store are expected to work in extremely hot conditions. Give them a raise. This is ridiculous. Do better Papa Johns.

  Ordered 3 pizzas an a sandwhich. One pizza had little tomato sauce, and the garlic butter container was smashed inside of the box, so all of the garlic butter had leaked under the pizza and through the box. 2 cheese pizzas were fine. The sandwhich had too much oil and was burnt. All you could really taste was the char and oil. Just really disappointed because I used to feel like I could get a decent (for papa John’s) pizza there. For as much as I spent, I did hope the food would be decent. Probably won’t go back for a very long time if ever. Just too many disappointing experiences is building up here in Jackson.

  Ordered the works pizza and it was skimpy on sauce, cheese and toppings! Very disappointed .

  I ordered the bowl.. I was very disappointed. The ingredients were only about half an inch deep.. if that.. for $10..won't do that again
