  Got through the line at 1:30 pm 5/19/26. Waited for 20 minutes as countless people got their orders and we didnt get ours ( 2 burgers and a dqp). was met at the window with a lot of attitude from the employee, so we went inside and had our food in less than 5 minutes. wont be going again as we wasted most of our lunch break (25 mins AFTER i paid) waiting for food that was mostly ready and only getting attitude from employees, whoever your window lady is, or was today, i wasnt the only one mad, as other customers were very verbally angered with her attitude, i hope management gets a hold on their team.

  Waited for food to come to us at curbside pick up for quite a few minutes before I went in to check on our orders. I waited for 10 or so minutes at the counter with no help. A girl with blonde and red hair came up and when I asked about our food she rolled her eyes and grabbed it. The whole time I was waiting our food, it was on the counter. There was another person who was there before we even parked and got their food around the time I had come back out with our food.

  this is the last time we ever come to this mcdonalds again, i feel ashamed for even have worked here in the past, we waited over 10 minutes for food that was already done, one of my finances muffins has what appears to be a bite mark, her frappe wasnt even filled up, and we were given no straw for her drink, and over the phone was told we wont be refunded despite this being extremely unacceptable, and they tried saying we call all the time despite this being the first time we've called the store at all

  Very busy most of the time but good people trying to keep up. Standard McDonald's in a gas station.

  Still trying to get this new way to ordering my food when inside there was no worker to take my order, i had to use the menu touch screen to order my food. im not used to them yet, took a moment but wound up getting it all done and food ordered.
