  This place has been nothing but incredible to me and my dear friends. Food is always fresh and so so so good. I would definitely recommend this place not only for their food, but their customer service. The people here are incredibly nice and outgoing and make you feel welcome every time you come. One of the leaders Chris really stands out. His amazing personality and outgoing character really makes me keep coming back. I love this place so much!!

  The burgers are absolutely delicious. Not only are they incredibly tasty, but they're huge! Every time I come here, I can never finish my burger because it's so big. Their milkshakes are also amazing, and the meat is always juicy and full of flavor. I highly recommend this place—it's a hundred times better than McDonald's!

  sad example of a Whataburger! but it is the best one in the metropolitan area. no I don't compare the whataburgers of the KC metro to the real ones have been around for decades. you know Alabama Texas those States. if I'm looking out at McDonald's and I am and they're busier than Whataburger something is definitely wrong. I actually call corporate and beg them not to come to this town. I told him that they rollout would be a flop. but what do I know. I've ate a dozens of whataburgers. here they got the Chiefs quarterback as their mascot. I'm sure he's disappointed because I believe he knows what a real Whataburger tastes like. somebody should ask him. the people are friendly and kind. the panty still had that tasteless attribute. I think they put too much sawdust in them. they never get the spice right no matter where you go if it's north of the old standard line boundary of Whataburger. you know they had to bring up a bunch of folks especially from Texas and pay them a double their salary and things of that nature just to try to save the rollout in Kansas City metro. my suggestion to stay home make your own hamburger. it's not worth the $17 for one meal. I guess I no longer have a Whataburger to go to to eat. I drove 20 minutes on my way to come to this one. they should have paid me to eat here. so if you ever want to eat a real Whataburger go to Texas or Alabama for example. if you go to Texas there's one that is just terrible and it's not too far from Texas rangers headquarters.

  This location has consistently messed up my order for the last 10 visits, usually in minor ways so I try not to sweat it too much. Today was my last straw. Their staff are too worried about being on their phones to actually listen to the order. My most recent visit I asked for a #10 signature sandwich. I asked if it came with mayo and the girl confirmed it did and asked if I wanted the mayo. I said yes, I would like the mayo and some ketchup on the side. After receiving my food, I saw I didn't have any ketchup so politely waited at the window to ask for some. Another girl came up to the window and I asked if I could please have some ketchup. She didn't close the window all the way and went to grab the ketchup, said something to the other girl & laughed, then looked at me like a deer caught in headlights when she realized the window wasn't closed and I may have heard her comment (I didn't hear it, but it must have been rude based on how she looked at me). I thanked her for the ketchup and left. I went to eat my sandwich and not only is it missing the mayo, it's also the spicy chicken sandwich, which isn't what I ordered at all. 🙃 I get that this is a fast food place where many teens work, but is it really too much to ask that you just give me the food I ordered and paid for?
